Step 6: Submit your custom handwriting.
To set up your custom handwriting font:

  • Once you are logged in, click on “Options” located on the left of the screen.
  • Select “Personal Handwriting Font.”
  • On the page the follows, you will see an area titled: Set Up Personal Handwriting. There is a button underneath it where you can download the handwriting template; click the “Click Here” button to do so. 
  • Print out the forms from the PDF file.
  • Fill out the form using the exact steps provided.  (You will need to use the baseline gauge provided with the form as you fill them out.)


Once you have completed the forms, please scan the pages at high resolution (at least 300 DPI, though for best results you will want to do 600 DPI or higher), creating one file for each of the four pages, in one of the following formats:

  • PDF
  • PNG
  • JPG/JPEG


Once you have scanned the pages, you can upload them by returning to the Personal Handwriting Font page:

  • Log in and click on “Options.”
  • Select “Personal Handwriting Font.”
  • Click on “Upload File.”
  • Select and submit each scanned page from your hard drive.


After the files have been uploaded, our team will use your scanned pages to create your font. Please allow 48 business hours for this to be completed. Once the font is completed and uploaded to your account, you will receive a notification via email.

If you are unable to scan documents, please mail them WITHOUT FOLDING THE PAGES to:

Please note: Sending the pages via physical mail will take longer than uploading them directly.
