Meaning of "<< >>" symbols.
Within MarketingLibrary content, you will notice words with "<< >>" around them. These are mail merge fields, which are used to place the appropriate information into our content.
If you use a mail merge system within your office or subscribe to an online Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) such as Redtail Technology, these fields can be automatically filled with the appropriate information.
If you do not use mail merge, just delete those fields and add in your information.
Example: If the field says <<representativename>>, you would
- Click on <<representativename>>
- Delete it
- Replace it with YOUR name.
