Trouble logging in

Login
Your login is the full, registered email address (Ex: your.name@brokerdealer.com) that was used to open the account.

Changing your password or email address
To make this change:

  • Log in to Marketing.pro with your email address and password. 
  • Click on "Settings” and then "Login Information" 
  • Fill out the required fields, then click "Update Login Information" to save.


Password retrieval

Select Login (upper right corner) 
Click on the "Forgot Login" link (below the log in button) 

This will bring you to a screen where you can enter your registered email address and have your password sent to you.

Please note: Passwords cannot be given over the phone.
