Manually adding new contacts

Manually adding new contacts.

If you would like to add a single contact:

  • Log in, then click on "Contacts" on the left side of your screen.
  • Select "Add Contact."
  • In the spaces provided, enter the contact's:
    • Name (ex: "William")
    • Greeting Name (informal name: example "Bill")
    • Family Name (ex: "Bill and Mary" or "The Smith Family")
    • Dates  (ex: Birthdays, Client Start Dates, and Wedding Anniversaries
  • Once complete hit “Save.”
  • Once saved, you will now be able to add further details (emails, physical addresses, phone numbers, family members, etc.) and include the new contact in Campaigns and Groups.
