Deleting a template

Deleting a template

To render a template inactive:

  • Log in and click "Options" and then "Email Templates"
  • Select the template you wish to delete by locating it under the tab My Templates or Pending Review.
  • If the template is located in Pending Review, click on the thumbnail image to preview and then select "Withdraw." This will send the template to the Inactive folder. You Broker/Dealer will no longer be prompted to approve this template.
  • If the template you wish to delete is under the "My Templates Tab", click on the thumbnail of the template and select "Delete."
