Contact Upload Guidelines - Content

In order to be uploaded into your account each contact entry must include, at a minimum:

  • An individual’s first and last name
  • At least one point of contact (address, phone number, or email)

Business and organization names: (including trusts and estates) are not uploaded as client contact entries, as they are treated differently than individuals. These entities are not uploaded through the Contact Import Center. You may, however, include them in your account by manually entering them via the Add Company option in the Contacts dropdown menu.
International contacts: At this time, we accommodate mailing addresses within the United States only. Foreign addresses are not uploaded into your account.
