Adding family members.
To add a family member to your contacts:
- Log in, then click on "Contacts" on the left side of your screen.
- Select "Add Contact,” or search for a pre-existing contact within your database (type the contact name in the search field).
- Once in the profile locate the "Add Family Member" option.
- Here you can add as many family members as needed, including: name, birthday, physical address, and add them in an active birthday card campaign.
NOTE: If you wish to add a family member's email address, the family member must have their own profile in Contacts.
