Checking delivery status (Emails or physical mail).

To check the delivery status of your email or card:

  • Log into Marketing.Pro and click "History."
  • Sort by message type (Email, Greeting Card, Postcard, et al) and status.
  • There are three status types:

             o   "Sent Messages" – You will see the date the message was sent to the printer or emailed to your client.
             o   "Pending Messages" - Messages that have been built and are waiting for the set delivery date to go out.
             o   "Quarantined Messages" Messages that are waiting in a final approval queue at your Broker/Dealer's Compliance department.
