Cancelling a greeting card/postcard.
If you wish to cancel a card/postcard you will need to do so no less than 7 days prior to the desired delivery date.
To cancel the card:
- Log in and click "History," located on the left side of the page.
- Select "Pending Messages."
- On the page that follows you will be able to locate you message in queue. If the delivery date is more than 7 days away you can select the message. This will open a preview of the card.
- Below the preview, you will be able to cancel the message, change the delivery date, or remove recipients for the message.
