In addition to adding individual people as contacts, you also have the option to add companies to your contacts list.
- Click on “Contacts.”
- Locate and click on the “Add Company” button, located in the upper right area of the screen.
- On the page that follows, fill out the information about the company as completely and accurately as possible.
- Keep in mind:
o You will not be able to send email messages to the company unless they have an accurate and
current email address on file.
o You will not be able to send physical mail to the company unless you have their full name and
full and accurate mailing address listed.
o While it is important to get the information as complete and accurate as possible, you will have
the option to add or edit information at a later time.
- Once the information has been entered, you can click on the “Save” button. You will then have an opportunity to add a logo for the company in the upper left section of the contact information.
