What happens after I submit my request?
After you submit your request, a print team member will review your request and your files to make sure they're print-ready. We'll also check to make sure we can get you your materials in the time-frame you need them by. Then we'll email you a quote that includes the total cost for your products (printing, shipping, and any additional cost for adjustments.) Your quote will include a link for you to securely submit your payment. Once your payment is received, we'll proceed with printing your materials.

What if I want different quantities that aren't listed here?

This "menu" is designed to give you an idea of our costs, with some typical quantities. We can print fewer or more than what you see here - just let us know. Don't worry - we'll send you a quote, and you'll know the exact cost before we begin printing.

What if I want to print something that's not on the "menu?"

Click the "Submit Printing Request" button below, select "other" from the list of products, and tell us what you'd like. We'll get back to you and let you know if we can accommodate your request. We can often accommodate custom sizes and products. Please note - we are not currently able to print apparel, large vinyl banners, or stapled "booklet" materials.

What shipping methods do you use?

We base the shipping method on the time-frame you select. Normally, we'd use a ground shipping method to keep the cost down for you. But if you need your items very quickly, we'll supply a quote that includes a faster method of shipping to help get you your materials when you need them. If you have a specific shipping method you prefer, please let us know when you submit your request.

What is a "bleed" and how do I know if I want "full bleed" or "no bleed?"

If your artwork/graphics/are meant to go all the way to the very edge of your materials, then you want FULL BLEED. If your artwork/graphics/colors do NOT go all the way to the edge of your materials (there is "white space" on all sides near the edges) then you do should select NO BLEED.

Why does "full bleed" cost more than "no bleed?"

Here's why ... if an 8.5" x 11" letterhead design does not "hit" the edges, then we can print it directly onto a piece of 8.5"x 11" paper and send it to you. If your designs DOES extend all the way to the edge, then it actually needs to be printed on a larger sheet of paper, then trimmed/cut down to size. The additional cost of "full bleed" covers the extra paper, and the additional work involved. (cutting/trimming.)

What is the turn-around time?

Turn-around times vary according to what you're printing and when. When you submit your form, there's an area for you to tell us when you need your products. When we reply back to you, we'll be able to let you know if we can meet that deadline. In general, most print jobs are currently completed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days.

Can you accommodate overnight or "rush" print jobs?

We MAY be able to accommodate "rush" jobs for an additional fee, but this is based on availability. If we know we can't meet your deadline, we'll let you know. If there's any additional fee to "rush" your job, we'll let you know that, too. PLEASE SEE NOTE BELOW.

How do I know if I have the right dimensions / what you need to print? Can you adjust it?

Click the "File Dimensions / Templates" button above to find out what is needed. If you're not sure, simply upload the files you have using the submission form. We'll let you know if your design is the right dimensions. If not, we'll let you know if we can make the necessary adjustments for you. Very minimal adjustments are free, and other adjustments are billed at $45/hr (minimum 1 hour). We'll let you know when we reply if your file needs adjusting, and if so - we'll let you know if there's any charge.

Can you design my materials for me? And/or can you turn my logo into a business card or letterhead?

We do not currently offer graphic design services.

What if you send me a quote, but I decide not to print?
No problem. We won't print anything until we hear back from you and receive payment. But we do ask that you reply back to let us know you won't be proceeding.

Quotes and Turn-Around Times

Printing cannot begin until your payment is received. The turn around times provided when we send your quote are based on an assumption that you will submit your payment on the same day. 

For example: If we send you a quote on Monday telling you we can complete your materials by Friday, that is assuming your payment is submitted on Monday. If you wait until Thursday (three days later) to submit your payment, your print job would also be delayed three business days (meaning it would instead be ready the following Wednesday.)
