As part of our ongoing effort to help streamline the compliance approval process and save you time, we’ve added the ability for Compliance Officers to store up to five custom autofill settings.
Autofill settings allow Officers to quickly prepopulate approval forms with a set of common selections, eliminating the need to manually select the same options over and over. Previously, only one set of autofill settings could be stored. With the launch of this new feature, you’ll be able to customize up to five unique autofill settings (including any notes for Representatives).
How does it work?
For messages that are being approved you simply fill out a compliance form, making the selections and notes you’d like to store. When finished, scroll to the bottom and select “Save Selections as a New Setting”. (You can also click “Update an Existing Setting” to amend or overwrite a setting.)
What happened to your former autofill settings?
Rest assured, it is still there. If you had previously stored a custom autofill setting, you’ll notice they are now saved as “My Original”.
